About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve supply issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations in procurement activities.
- Prepare procurement reports and analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Logistics) to align procurement needs with organizational goals.
