Job Summary

The Fleet Solutions Manager -- Aftermarket is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of MyInsights and MyToyota across the customer base, ensuring consistent and effective execution of Fleet Team responsibilities across all markets. The Fleet Solutions Manager will improve customer engagement and satisfaction through successful implementation and support of fleet technology.

General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the ProLift Fleet Team, driving accountability, performance, and consistent execution across all markets
  • Own and manage Toyota's MyInsights and MyToyota platforms, ensuring accurate data, strong system integrity, and increased customer adoption
  • Oversee customer onboarding, implementation, and training, including setup of safety checklists, inspections, alerts, and reporting standards
  • Provide customer-facing support for key accounts, including participation in implementations, business reviews, and resolution of complex issues
  • Deliver fleet performance reporting and actionable insights, identifying opportunities related to safety, utilization, maintenance, and damage reduction
  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of "Helping People Carry the Load" to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' "Indispensable Partner".

Educational/Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, five years of experience in fleet services, aftermarket operations, or a related field, prior leadership or people management experience. and display efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. The Fleet Solutions Manager - Aftermarket communicates to customers, and sales staff, which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on listening skills. The ideal candidate will protect the organization's values by maintaining confidential information utilizing their ability to handle sensitive information.
