- Developers and system administrators integrating Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT models) and Google Gemini via Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Microsoft Azure AI
- Developers and system administrators working with other leading AI APIs via cloud platforms or direct API access
What You'll Bring
- Active experience as a software developer or system administrator working with AI APIs in a professional context
- Hands-on integration of AI models via cloud platforms (e.g. Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI) or direct API access
- Practical knowledge of embedding AI capabilities (such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini models) into applications or automated workflows
- Comfort discussing technical implementation details, challenges, and decisions in your day-to-day work
- Complete a paid screener to help us assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks
- Participate in AI-moderated interviews via Listen Labs (primary research method)
- Complete qualitative surveys via Qualtrics
- In some cases, take part in live interviews with the research team
- Familiarity with multiple AI providers or models in the same workflow or organisation
- Experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
- Involvement in evaluating or selecting AI platforms for enterprise use
