Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: High Point, NC
Schedule: 3-11:30

Job Summary:
Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC is currently hiring LPNs and RNs to provide quality care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Nurses will work flexible schedules while delivering compassionate and professional nursing services in various facility settings.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.

Monitor and document changes in resident conditions.

Communicate with physicians, families, and facility staff as needed.

Supervise CNAs and other support staff.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations.

Participate in resident assessments and care planning.

Respond quickly to emergency situations.
Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina.

Current CPR or BLS certification.

At least one year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred).

Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Dependable, professional, and flexible.

Able to work independently and follow facility protocols.
