What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide needed in Levittown, PA position at Prolific Homecare?
The major responsibilities of these jobs are to assist individuals with various activities of daily living such as; grooming, bathing, feeding, light meal preparation, laundry and errands. Having prior working experience as a caregiver is a requirement. Applicants MUST have a working knowledge of Hoyer Lift or be able to lift patient from bed to chair and from the chair to the bathroom.
Applicants are required to have a clean background history as well as a flexible work schedule.
- Please note that some lifting is required with client.
Available hours are:
- Weekday evenings - 4pm to 10pm (1st client)
- Weekend - Saturday10am to 10pm (1st client)
- Sunday - 9am to 7pm (1st client)
- Monday to Friday - 5pm - 9pm (2nd client)
Some lifting is involved helping first client from bed to the chair and from the chair to the bathroom, but can be done using the Hoyer lift. Patient's weight is 140 lbs. but feels heavier because patient is unable to help.
Please apply if you are open to lifting and willing or using the Hoyer lift, and able to travel to Levittown, and also able to arrange a meet and greet asap.
You must drive and own a car for ease of travelling and punctuality.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
