We are seeking motivated, results-driven Residential Services Sales Representatives to represent leading national fiber internet providers, helping residents access high-speed connectivity for their homes. The ideal candidate is ambitious, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and explain available fiber internet and home service solutions to homeowners and renters.
- Develop and execute daily territory plans to achieve sales goals and performance benchmarks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Complete digital order submissions using company-provided tools and systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to align goals, marketing efforts, and performance tracking.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uphold brand standards, and represent partner providers with integrity.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus, no prior experience required.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work in outdoor, face-to-face environments. Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation & Structure
- Optional Milestone Bonus: earn up to $100/day (up to $600/week) during your first month by completing verified activity and production milestones as you ramp into the role.
- Commission-based compensation, paid per completed sale.
- Top performers regularly earn $1,200–$2,000 per week, based on performance.
- Advancement opportunities into leadership positions (Team Lead, Manager).
Schedule
- Full-time availability, in-person role with flexible scheduling (Monday–Friday availability preferred).
- Travel opportunities for select territories.
This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity focused on door-to-door residential sales, working face-to-face with customers to educate, qualify, and connect them to essential home services.
