About Proliferation Marketing
Proliferation Marketing is a Lexington based sales company that partners with leading local internet and TV providers. We help residents find the right service for their home, not just the one we happen to sell.
The role
We’ve built a referral network with property management groups and their leasing teams across central Kentucky. When new residents move in, our partners send them to us, and we help them choose and set up their service.
This network is already producing. We’re looking for one person to own it day to day, keep every relationship strong, and grow it.
What you’ll do
- Take referral calls from residents and help them choose and order the right service.
- Visit partner offices on a regular schedule and keep relationships active and engaged.
- Build new relationships with property management groups.
- Manage a company card for partner rewards, within set limits, and keep accurate records.
- Track referrals, orders and installs so nothing gets dropped.
- Help document how the channel runs so it can keep growing.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Occasional weekend calls, returned the next business day.
- Paid training alongside our team, then you take over the line.
What you’ll earn
- Base pay: $21 per hour, paid whether the channel is busy or slow.
- Commission: paid on every activation, $25 to $55 depending on the service sold.
- Milestone bonuses: nine bonus levels through the year, up to $20,000 in total.
- Mileage reimbursement: up to 1,000 miles a month for personal vehicle use.
- Estimated first year total: $55,000 to $83,000, depending on install volume. Mileage reimbursement is on top of that.

What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales, leasing, property management or another customer facing role.
- You’re comfortable walking into an office, building a relationship and following up.
- You’re organized, keep good records and follow through.
- A valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, current auto insurance and a clean driving record.
- You’re able to pass a background check and complete provider certification.
- Immediate start.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
