What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping people get their roofing and siding replaced, with the majority being paid through their insurance
• Selling clients on the value of choosing the best roofing and siding systems for their home
• Meeting new people, educating them, and helping clients make informed decisions
• Has an eye for design

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for educating and helping people
• Ability to make same-day decisions and overcome challenges
• Desire to grow professionally, eventually leading others
• Punctual, accountable, and coachable
• You gotta have great energy!

Compensation:

• $800 weekly base salary plus 5% commission
• Additional benefits including a company vehicle and gas, paid training, continuous mentorship, self-development and health & wellness credits.

Schedule:

• Mondays through Saturdays
• 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
• 9am to 3pm, Saturday
