Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential appliances including washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, and refrigerator.
- Provide accurate quotes and exceptional customer service directly to clients.
- Maintain inventory and care for company-provided tools, tech, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used via company tablet.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in residential appliance repair (specifically washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and refrigerators).
- Commitment: Minimum 1-year employment commitment.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, mechanical aptitude, and clear communication skills.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2).
