As Senior Counsel, you’ll play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy, managing risk, and partnering with business leaders to drive success. This is a visible, collaborative, and hands-on role working closely with operations, finance, and leadership teams on complex, real-world challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as in-house legal counsel supporting operations across Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Texas
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (MSAs, purchase orders, amendments, service agreements, etc.)
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Risk Management, and Operations to ensure compliant and profitable deal structures
• Provide legal guidance throughout the RFQ, order placement, and post-sale lifecycle
• Analyze contract terms for risk, compliance, and alignment with company policies
• Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure consistent legal standards across business units
• Develop and deliver contract and compliance training programs
• Maintain contract records and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Advise on regulatory, contractual, and operational matters in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 6–7 years of legal experience, including:
• Contract review and negotiation
• Regulatory compliance
• Dispute resolution
• Strong experience with commercial contracts in a corporate or law firm environment
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Background in in-house legal or supporting complex commercial operations
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and AI-driven solutions
• Spanish language skills a plus
