Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our on-site operation in Goldsboro, NC. This is a full-time position, where the successful candidate will oversee the daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining efficiency, managing inventory control, and ensuring smooth material handling processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively.
• Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Experience in material handling and forklift operation, with the ability to maintain safety standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and tools is a plus.
