Job Summary

Proklean Services is a growing leader in the restoration and cleaning industry, committed to delivering high-quality solutions and building strong client relationships. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven professional to help accelerate our growth.

We are seeking a seasoned, self-starting Business Development / Sales Coordinator to join our team immediately. This hybrid role requires a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, networking, and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Coordinate sales efforts and support overall business development strategy
  • Represent Proklean Services at networking events, meetings, and industry functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and sales performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in the restoration industry and/or knowledge of cleaning chemicals is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
