Position Overview:Seeking a Crystal Reports to SSRS Report Writer to develop, maintain, and migrate reports from Crystal Reports to SSRS. Role involves report design, SQL development, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Develop and modify reports in Crystal Reports and SSRS.Migrate ~375 Crystal Reports to SSRS, including analysis, dataset creation, and layout rebuilding.Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.Improve report performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Test reports for compliance with specifications and branding guidelines.Troubleshoot reporting issues and maintain documentation. Required Skills & Experience:Expertise in Crystal Reports and SSRS.Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.Data analysis ability and attention to detail.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.2–5 years of relevant report development experience.Bachelor’s in CS, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
