Job Description :

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Correspondent to join our Claims Operations team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for responding to provider claim inquiries, researching claim issues, processing claim adjustments, and ensuring timely resolution of provider concerns.

This position requires strong analytical, customer service, and written communication skills while working collaboratively with multiple internal departments.

Salary : $45 - $50
