- Perform mechanical, electrical, conditioning, length, OD, and visual tests on medical devices
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation using good documentation practices
- Communicate clearly with engineers regarding test results and observations
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment
- Utilize lab tools and equipment including calipers, MTS, multimeters, digital thermometers, force gauges, Cognex, LabVIEW, and hand tools
- Maintain a work balance of approximately 85% lab time and 15% desk time (100% on-site)
