Job Description:
- 2 YOE in Learning and Development or HR Operations.
- Creating learning courses, tracking attendance in an LMS, maintaining a source of truth with spreadsheets and documents
- Create communications based on existing templates and send them out to candidates.
- High attention to detail, very time sensitive role, needs to have a strong personal organization system
- Highly collaborative with other team members, is a team player, not afraid to ask questions
- ServiceNow - queue management programs, similar to salesforce
- Smartsheets - similar to Air Table or Excel, used to track session details and attendance
- Workday Learning
- Learning management systems (LMS)
