Job Description:
- Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators.
- Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems.
- Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings.
Position Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field.
- Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
