Job Description:

• We are seeking a Project Cost Estimator to develop, monitor, and update project estimates for large-scale construction and energy projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• The role involves preparing ROM, budgetary, unit pricing, and detailed estimates, reviewing contractor bids, validating quantities, and evaluating change orders for scope and cost accuracy.
• The candidate will analyze project costs, perform risk assessments, and support cost loading, value engineering, and project controls.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substations, overhead and underground cable work, and construction labor and material costing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with estimating software or on-screen takeoff tools are required.
