Job Description:
- Leads development and enhancement activities for new and existing surgical services, presenting financial proformas, new business plans and program recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leads the development and implementation of education and training to surgical services staff on relevant clinical and leadership competencies and other educational needs.
- Develops and implements peri-operative education, including assessing learning needs, planning education offerings, delivering training, and evaluating programs.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements impacting surgical services, including The Joint Commission standards.
