Shift Details : M-F 9am - 5pm, 35hrs/week, Hybrid
Job Description:
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage.
- Helped members access healthcare services, referrals, and community resources.
- Investigated and resolved member complaints regarding benefits, coverage, and healthcare services.
- Educate members on healthcare plans, policies, and available services.
- Provided end-to-end customer support to improve member satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.
- Supported healthcare enrollment, renewal, and retention initiatives to ensure uninterrupted coverage.
- Document all interactions accurately in EMR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Bilingual required- English & Spanish, but also interested in English & Chinese, Russian, Bengali.
