Job Description:
- Experienced Cost Estimator responsible for developing and managing electrical project estimates, including ROM, budgetary, unit pricing, and detailed estimates while ensuring cost accuracy, risk analysis, and project control compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and update project cost estimates and cost-loaded schedules for electrical construction projects.
- Prepare ROM, budgetary, unit pricing, and detailed/definitive estimates, validate project quantities, labor, and material costs for electrical systems.
- Review design documents, contractor bids, and change orders to ensure scope accuracy and optimal pricing, conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, value engineering, risk analysis, and constructability reviews.
