Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day support for audio-visual (AV/VTC) systems, meetings, and video calls
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot AV equipment (Crestron, Extron, QSys, MS Teams)
- Deliver live, in-room and remote technical support for meetings and executive users
- Handle help desk tickets, calls, and real-time issue resolution
- Maintain, monitor, and document AV systems and equipment performance
- Manage IT tools like Intune, Azure, Bomgar, Active Directory, and inventory systems
- Train users on AV systems and presentation tools
- Support IT infrastructure including remote access, connectivity, and telephony
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on AV and desktop support (Tier 2 level)
- Experience with AV platforms (Crestron, Extron, QSys) and IT tools (Intune, Azure, Bomgar)
- Ability to handle live issues and work flexible hours if needed
