Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team at a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility. In this role, you will provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and promoting their comfort, safety, and independence. CMA candidates will also assist with medication administration in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while fostering a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Duties
- Provide compassionate patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Rehabilitation setting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Support medication administration (for CMA candidates, as permitted by certification).
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Active CNA or CMA certification.
- LTC, SNF, or Rehab experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate and dependable.
- Able to meet facility compliance requirements.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
