Role Description
This is a remote internship role for an HR Leader/Manager (MAIO Intern) at PROJXON. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and supporting personnel management. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to maintain compliance with company-wide HR standards, optimizing human resources strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and designing employee benefit programs
- Strong experience with Personnel Management and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the technology, e-commerce, or nonprofit industry is a plus
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
