2nd shift - 4:30 pm to 3:00 am - $13.50

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that machinery is set up correctly, operates efficiently, and consistently produces materials that meet company quality and productivity standards.

As part of your daily duties, you are expected to:

- Set up and operate machinery in alignment with daily production goals
- Assess machine functions against specifications such as fixture positioning, cutting speeds, and feed rates
- Identify and remove weld splatter from machinery to maintain optimal performance
- Install gig components on machines
- Complete the daily production checklist
- Perform daily machine inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals
- Stay informed on production targets and timelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the production lead promptly
- Use hand tools regularly, including but not limited to: Allen wrenches, hand drills, chisels, hammers, snips, and socket wrenches
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
