7pm-7:30am-every other weekend

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and medical history evaluations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
- Provide support in emergency situations, utilizing critical care skills when necessary.
Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set that includes but is not limited to:
- Must have 2 years' experience as an RN/ Floor nurse and working in a long-term care facility
- Must have current RN certification and be CPR certified.
