With a rapidly expanding client base, the agency is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to build trusted client relationships and deliver marketing projects that make a genuine impact within healthcare.

The agency specialises in downstream marketing, helping medical device companies develop their brand, messaging and commercial presence across digital and traditional channels.

The role

As Senior Account Manager, you will become the main point of contact for a portfolio of medical

device clients.

You will build strong, long term relationships, develop a detailed understanding of each client’s technology and therapeutic area, and advise them on the marketing activities that will support their commercial goals.

You will also work closely with the wider agency team to ensure every project is managed

effectively and delivered to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client projects from initial brief through to final delivery

• Build trusted relationships and become an indispensable partner to clients

• Develop proposals for new projects alongside the internal team

• Provide strategic guidance based on clients’ technologies, markets and business goals

• Deliver weekly progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders

• Coordinate internal specialists to keep projects on time and to a high standard

• Maintain project management systems and internal platforms

• Keep up to date with developments across relevant therapeutic areas

• Support colleagues across other client accounts when required

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of healthcare agency experience

Or

• At least 5 years of medical device industry experience, including 2 years in marketing

• Strong knowledge of the medical device, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

• Excellent client relationship and project management skills

• Experience using platforms such as Monday.com, Wrike or similar

• Confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders

• Commercially focused and driven by results

• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving

• A genuine passion for healthcare, marketing and continuous learning

• A collaborative team player who takes ownership
