Front End Developer

Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience building scalable UI web applications.
- Proficiency with modern Angular.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST, and HTTP.
- Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitHub Actions, npm, nuget).
- Experience applying testing strategies (unit, component, E2E).
- Knowledge of web security best practices (key/token management, encryption, XSS prevention, OWASP standards).
- Experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, CodeArtifact).
- Strong grasp of software design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, following best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Incorporate AI and test automation tools to improve the development process.
- Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and industry trends.
Nice-to-Haves
- Mobile app development experience.
- Experience with assistive technology (AT) and Section 508 compliance.
- Familiarity with the latest Angular features (control-flow, standalone architecture, signals, deferable views).
Development Process
- Knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jira, Octopus, etc.
- Active participation in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Ownership of features from “Ready” to “Done.”
