We are seeking an experienced Project Manager whose role is pivotal in managing client accounts, overseeing project delivery, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
- Manage client accounts, drive satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships.
- Lead client meetings, share updates, address issues, and gather feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
2. Sales and Business Development
- Identify upsell opportunities and support client growth.
- May participate in proposal writing to support new business opportunities.
3. Project Management
- Create scopes of work, timelines, and budgets for marketing campaigns.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Coordinate all logistics and internal communication to support smooth execution.
4. Reporting and Analytics
- Deliver client reports with KPIs, insights, and performance metrics.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize for goals.
- Track results to ensure project success and client ROI.
5. Collaboration and Strategy
- Align client strategies with marketing goals and grant requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and retention.
- Contribute to process improvements and team communication.
Requirements:
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple clients and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Organization & Detail: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; skilled at client relationship building.
- Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
- Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, project management, and reporting tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and support team development.
