Project Wellbeing is seeking a dynamic clinician to join our high-touch, cash-pay physical therapy team. We are a premier wellness and sports science facility dedicated to delivering exceptional, measurable results for general populations, tactical professionals, and high-performance athletes.
The Opportunity
Step into a clinical environment where your expertise is amplified by world-class technology. You will have access to an incredible suite of assessment and recovery tools, including VALD force testing, DARI biomechanics, VO2, RMR, PEDICS, and DEXA scans. You will also utilize a wide array of advanced clinical modalities and skills, including shockwave therapy, PEMF, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, red light therapy, and stretching. Here, success is driven by building organic relationships on the floor, engaging with our community, and delivering clinical-grade care that speaks for itself.
What You’ll Do
● Deliver Elite 1-on-1 Care: Maintain an active caseload providing high-quality physical therapy, private training, and rehabilitation sessions.
● Execute Advanced Interventions: Apply your hands-on clinical skills utilizing shockwave therapy, PEMF, dry needling, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, red light therapy, and targeted stretching to drive optimal patient outcomes.
● Leverage Objective Data: Utilize advanced assessment results to drive clinical decisions and communicate the "why" clearly to your patients.
● Build Your Practice: Actively engage with staff and members on the facility floor to build visibility, foster relationships, and drive session volume within our cash-pay ecosystem.
● Maintain Digital Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in WebPT and use Trainerize for all supplemental programming.
● Collaborate Seamlessly: Coordinate with recovery teams and the wider staff to ensure overall facility programming respects clinical restrictions and recovery priorities.
Schedule & Availability
● Consistent Hours: Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week during typical operating hours, with scheduling windows assigned at least two months in advance.
● Optimized Blocks: To maximize your earning potential and clinic flow, all individual scheduling windows must be at least 4 hours long.
● Built-in Breaks: Any 8-hour consecutive shift includes a mandatory 1-hour break (excluding the first or last hour).
● On-Demand Readiness: Clinicians must monitor their schedules and be prepared to accommodate client sessions with as little as 2 hours' notice, including non-traditional hours as required.
What You Bring
● Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
● Current, active Physical Therapist license in the State of Nevada.
● 1-2 years of professional clinical experience, ideally in a sports science, performance center, or cash-pay orthopedic setting.
● Active individual Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance policy ($1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate).
● Current Adult CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
● Preferred: CSCS credential, dry needle certification, and experience with movement/biomechanics technology.

Note: This is a strictly session-revenue-only role. Employees are not eligible to accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) or receive Company-funded Continuing Education (CE) reimbursement under this agreement.
