Project Success is seeking dynamic, reliable individuals to work in our youth development programs at Hoopeston Area Middle/High School. Hours are 2:45 - 5:45, Monday - Thursday.
Job Duties:
Supervise, encourage, mentor and care for all of the students put in your charge.
Plan and implement dynamic, fun, hands-on enrichment programs for students.
Maintain an environment where students can learn and be successful while assisting program participants with academics.
Have the skills/ability and comfort level to assist students with grade level homework and projects.
Track academic and social-emotional progress of students served.
Keep records for various persons including: Site Coordinators, Project Success Leadership Team, parents and students.
Attend all Project Success required trainings especially the professional development opportunities on Afterschool program development.
Actively participate in special student and family programming.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
