We are seeking an entry-level Construction Coordinator to support the management and maintenance of our client’s WePass infrastructure and assets. The role is primarily field-based, with occasional office responsibilities as needed. We are seeking an entry-level Construction Coordinator to support the management and maintenance of our client’s WePass infrastructure and assets. The role is primarily field-based, with occasional office responsibilities as needed. The WebPass field technician serves in a support role for our client, executing a variety of technical , operational, and service-related tasks to assist with daily field operations and project objectives.
Field
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and assist with troubleshooting WebPass service outages
- Perform dish realignments and repoint wireless equipment as needed to maintain service quality.
- Install, route, and terminate CAT6 and fiber optic cabling
- Conduct basic troubleshooting of network connectivity and field equipment issues.
- Assist with minor ISP-related installation, maintenance and support activities.
- Monitor, manage, and assist with the closeout of assigned service tickets as needed
- 1 years of wireless telecommunications experience
- Experience with MxU fiber and CAT6 infrastructure builds
- Previous experience pulling, routing, and securing cable in field environments.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and general maintenance activities
- Experience reading, interpreting and navigating technical schematics, designs, and construction drawings
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Willingness to work occasional overtime
- This hybrid requires work in the field and in the office. Field work includes walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
