Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to perform QA/QC last mile FTTH Audits. This role combines field and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

In the field, you'll be asked to perform the following functions:

• Complete SFU / SBU / MDU Quality Audits daily as required.
• Verify field measurements for invoicing.
• Verify any quality issues through photo documentation to meet client construction standards.
• Maintain positive public relations.
• Spreadsheet management and tracking.
  
  
  

In the office, you’ll be responsible for the following functions:

• Create worksheets for tracking purposes.
• Update associated Spreadsheets, Trackers, and systems daily.
• Review and accept Vendor Resolutions promptly.
  
  
  

Experience

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have 2 years of experience in Telecommunications construction or technical field operations.
• Background in quality assurance.
• Understanding fiber splicing a plus.
• Computer proficiency and Microsoft tools to create, manage, and present data and reporting to various stakeholders and management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to use your vehicle in the field (mileage reimbursement at the standard federal rate).
• Interested and able to work overtime occasionally to meet project demands.
• Perform job functions both indoors and outdoors, rain or shine.
• Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day.
  
  
  

Work Environment

• This hybrid requires work in the field and in the office. Field work includes walking sites, climbing stairs, and engaging directly with teams and clients. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance.
  
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive hourly pay ($28-$32/hr based on experience) along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
