Responsibilities:
- Represent public company clients in securities and financial litigation matters across federal and state courts
- Participate in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Develop and execute litigation and restructuring strategies alongside firm leadership and external financial advisors
- Experience working with public companies or familiarity with SEC regulations is highly desirable
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in securities litigation, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, or corporate restructuring
- Must be admitted to practice in New York
