Key Responsibilities:
- Represent school districts in special education matters, including due process hearings and administrative proceedings.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for school districts.
- Collaborate with experienced litigators to develop legal opinions and policies.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in education law, special education, administrative law, or litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
