Project One Roofing is a residential and commercial roofing company rooted in East Texas. We've done thousands of installs, we do things by the book (one of our founders has a law degree in business law and compliance, so no, we don't cut corners), and we care deeply about the communities we work in.

What you'll actually do
✔ Meet with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and walk them through their options honestly
✔ Build and work a sales pipeline - from first knock to final signature
✔ Get on roofs, assess damage, and coordinate with our production manager
✔ Show up for local outreach and community events - this is part of the job, not an afterthought
✔ Track your work in CRM... we're professional, and yes, documentation matters

Requirements
Roofing experience isn't required, but here's what is:
▪ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation in the Tyler / Longview area
▪ Comfortable on ladders and roofs
▪ People skills that go beyond "I'm a people person" - you actually follow through
▪ Comfortable with basic CRM and proposal tools (we'll train the right person)
