Customer Service/Project Coordinator
General Description:
Project Light is a lighting company that supplies lighting to the hospitality industry. Customer Service/Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of customer interaction including quoting, order entry, purchasing, collecting monies, inventory management, reconciliation and reporting, in order to meet service labels established by the business and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
o Develop project schedule
o Handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
o Manage project budget
o Plan and schedule project timelines
o Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
o Provide direction and support to project team
o Receive, document and resolve customer complaints
o Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
o Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
o Evaluate project and determine best course of action
o Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to invoicing, placing orders, and tracking orders
o Make spreadsheets in Excel to track orders to provide expected ready dates
o Enter orders correctly without errors
1 years of experience in customer service
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks preferred
Some travel required (less than 5 days a year)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 per year
