Summary
The Online IDLA Coordinator at Project Impact STEM Academy is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the Idaho Digital Learning Alliance (IDLA) program. This role involves coordinating online courses, supporting students and teachers, and ensuring the effective delivery of digital learning experiences. The coordinator will work closely with school administrators, faculty, and stakeholders to promote online learning opportunities and enhance student engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IDLA program, including course scheduling and enrollment processes.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate online learning into the curriculum effectively.
- Provide training and support for educators on best practices in online instruction and the use of digital tools.
- Monitor student progress and performance in online courses, providing guidance and resources as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IDLA and other educational organizations to ensure alignment with state standards and initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate orientation sessions for students and parents regarding online learning expectations and resources.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of online programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff to provide updates on program offerings and student progress.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional activities to increase awareness of online learning opportunities.
- Stay current with trends in online education and technology to enhance program offerings and student engagement.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or willingness to take and pass the Para Praxis Pro
- Strong understanding of online learning platforms and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve program outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.68 - $16.31 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
