Chief of Staff

Summary:

Reporting to Executive Director, the COS will serve as a thought partner and trusted advisor to help the ED meet PH’s strategic goals and optimize their effectiveness. The COS will support and manage the implementation of the ED’s priorities: promote transparency, diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and a mission-centric focus through internal and external communications and collaboration. S/he/they will advance the organization’s mission, vision, and impact by catalyzing high quality, efficient collaboration across the agency. The COS will serve as an analyst, project manager, and change agent. The COS will also work in close coordination with executive leadership, the Board of Directors and program teams to facilitate coordination, collaboration, and cohesion on agency-wide goals and objectives.

• Synthesize and prioritize key information for the CEO.
• Lead EDs internal meetings where appropriate. Track and follow-up on key deliverables from executive leadership and senior leadership staff.
• Support the CEO’s internal and external communications ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
• Cultivate and lead change management strategies to facilitate transition and organizational growth.
• Manage and collaborate with executive leadership to build and sustain a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Propose the creation of new systems and processes to improve outcomes.
• Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
• Supervise the XXX (Assistant Director Government Contracts, Government Contracts Coordinator, Government Contract Liaison)
• Supervise the administration of PH’s portfolio of government contracts, Managed Care Organization (MCO) agreements and Linkage agreements with other CBO.
• Ensure efficient processes for grant writing, timely registration of contracts, contract management support to programs, maintaining rapport with government funders, and agency-wide equipment management.

Salary : $120,000 - $125,000
