Project Hope Foundation is seeking a Teacher to join the Hope Academy team and lead a classroom that blends high-quality instruction with behavioral science. In this role, you’ll deliver engaging, individualized academic content while collaborating with clinical teams to support students on the autism spectrum. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized lessons aligned with Hope Academy curriculum and student goals
- Develop academic goals and adjust instruction using data and assessments
- Collaborate with clinical staff to implement ABA-informed classroom management
- Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and attendance
- Lead parent-teacher conferences and communicate regularly with families
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch/recess, and school events
- Support school compliance, safety procedures, and professional development

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; education or special education preferred
- 1–3 years of teaching or related experience
- SC teaching certification preferred
- RBT certification or experience with high-magnitude behavior is a plus
- Strong planning, classroom management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and school data platforms
- Able to lift 50 lbs and actively engage with students
