We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to help grow our Medicare-certified home health agency in Northern Virginia. This role focuses on building referral relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other healthcare partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, ALFs, SNFs, and senior communities
- Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians
- Represent the agency at healthcare events, community gatherings, and networking meetings
- Deliver marketing materials and follow up consistently
- Track outreach activity and provide weekly reports
- Assist with social media and community marketing support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident presentation
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
- Self-motivated and organized
- Compute and digital proficiency (Email, Word, Excel; CRM, social media)
- Experience in in home healthcare business development marketing, sales, outreach and community engagement with a proven track record and references.
Compensation & Growth
Up to 180k per year
