As our longevity program continues to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated provider to join our team and build lasting relationships with patients throughout their wellness journey.
The Virtual Longevity Provider will serve as a key member of our longevity team, conducting virtual consultations, reviewing laboratory results, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing follow-up care. Working under the guidance of our physician team, you'll help patients optimize their health through evidence-informed longevity medicine, preventive care, and lifestyle interventions.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys patient education, building long-term relationships, and helping patients make sustainable improvements in their health and quality of life.
- Conduct virtual longevity consultations with new and established patients
- Review comprehensive laboratory testing and health assessments
- Develop individualized wellness plans under physician-directed protocols
- Prescribe and manage peptide therapies, nutraceuticals, weight management therapies, and other longevity treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor patient progress through scheduled follow-up appointments
- Adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient goals
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and healthy aging
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
- Support patient engagement and long-term success within the longevity program
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida license required (additional state licenses are a plus)
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Strong interest in longevity, preventive, or functional medicine
- Excellent communication and virtual patient care skills
- Comfortable interpreting laboratory results and creating individualized care plans
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in longevity, functional, integrative, concierge, or preventive medicine
- Experience with peptide therapies, weight management, hormone optimization, or nutraceuticals
- Familiarity with advanced laboratory testing and metabolic health
- IFM, A4M, or other longevity-related training is a plus
