Job Description
As a Flagger, you’ll be responsible for directing traffic safely around construction zones, utility projects, and road maintenance areas. Your role is essential in protecting workers, drivers, and pedestrians while keeping traffic flowing smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Direct and control traffic using hand signals and signs
- Communicate clearly with team members and the public
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Stay alert and responsive in active road conditions
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather
- Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
- Dependable and safety-focused attitude
