Project Family is seeking a Behavior Aide to provide services for children and families that have Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) involvement. Services include supervised family visitation, child and adult transportation, behavior management, case management, Family Team Meetings, parenting skills training and parenting classes. Services are provided in the community. Behavior Aides work with our clinical team to provide solution-based interventions that empower and strengthen families.

The Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Social Work, Child Development, Community Mental Health, Human Services, Education
Experience in a Human Services related field preferred
Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to DFCS regulations.
