This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.

- Conduct inspections for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural building systems as the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
- Collaborate on solutions and interface with owner and leadership to articulate project status/build and maintain relationships.
- Represent the Company and participate in owner events as needed.
- Advocate for the owner and make recommendations to the owner as it relates to the owner’s best interests.
- Assist Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with development of project requirements, budgets and schedules.
- Facilitate Project Control developed project plan.
- Assist with development of project quality plan including quality control and quality assurance during design, construction, and commissioning.
- Assist in the selection criteria for design/construction resources and assists in evaluations and negotiations.
- Represent the client/owner as requested in all meetings.
- Assist with furniture fixtures/equipment requirements and coordination for incorporation in the project.
- Review project drawings and specifications.
- Provide comments if requested to Project Controls Senior Project Manager concerning contractor’s construction GMAC pricing, propose subcontractor buy-outs, RFI’s, change order pricing, and submittal status/ reports.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget and quality for variance and corrective actions.
- Provide timely inspection reports and notices to all stakeholders
- Keep Direct Report informed on project status, risk issues and corrective actions.
- Understand, adhere and participate in the Raba Kistner Health and Safety and BBS Programs and set a good safety example.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Five (5) years’ experience in construction management.
- Posses a current valid state issued drivers and meet company's auto insurability requirements.
