Project Apex is a high-intensity expansion initiative designed to scale our clients' reach across the Fort Lauderdale business sector. We don’t care if you have an Ivy League degree or if you’ve been working a trade for the last five years. If you are hungry, socially intelligent, and possess the grit to handle high-level business rejection, you are who we want for this intake.
We are currently selecting 10 Entry-Level B2B Representatives to master our customer acquisition systems in Broward County. Our goal is to move this entire cohort into leadership positions by next quarter to spearhead the next phase of the Apex rollout.
The Mission (Phase 1: The Ascent)
This is a front-line, in-person B2B role. You will be the face of Project Apex, engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers throughout Greater Fort Lauderdale.
- Strategic B2B Outreach: Conduct face-to-face outreach to local businesses to acquire new accounts for our national clients.
- Decision-Maker Engagement: Learn to navigate "gatekeepers" and hold high-level conversations with business owners and directors.
- The Apex Close: Master the psychology of the B2B sale from the initial "no" to the final contract.
- Pipeline Management: Use our CRM to self-manage your territory and track your daily performance metrics.
- Rapid Mentorship: Participate in daily strategy sessions to master business operations and team leadership.

The Reality of the Role
This is an active, in-person role in Fort Lauderdale. This is not a "remote sales" gig or a desk job. You will be out in the market, on your feet, and engaging with the business community daily.
