Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Campaign Development Director to lead our organization’s outreach, fundraising, and engagement initiatives. This role involves developing comprehensive campaign strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing the execution of marketing and fundraising efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a background in nonprofit management, digital marketing, event planning, and data management.This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative campaigns that advance our mission and foster community engagement. Non profit experience and/or degree in marketing or business management preferred but not mandatory for consideration. Opportunity to increase salary in year two through bonus structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee event planning and management, including fundraising events, public relations activities including public speaking, and community outreach programs.
- Manage digital marketing efforts utilizing email marketing platforms as well as social media management tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, partners, and other stakeholders through effective relationship management and communication.
- Prepare compelling grant proposals and fundraising proposals to secure funding opportunities.
- Manage CRM software database, and other platforms for data collection, donor tracking, and reporting.
- Lead proposal writing efforts for grants and sponsorships while ensuring compliance with estate planning laws when applicable.
- Oversee budgeting for campaigns and events to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct research on market trends, community needs, and potential funding sources to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate nonprofit networks to expand outreach efforts.
- Ability to manage others as team expands
Qualifications
- Non profit management or related fields with a focus on campaign development or fundraising, or business management
- Strong skills in event planning, digital marketing (including social media management), email marketing platforms , and CRM software
- Excellent proposal writing skills for grants and sponsorships.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, public relations, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and experience managing large-scale events or campaigns.
- Familiarity with research methods related to nonprofit activities or community needs assessment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Pay: $41,600.00 - $47,900.00 per year
