About the Role:
 Take guests on the ultimate journey of thrills! As a Thrill Ride Navigator, you’re not just pushing buttons — you’re guiding brave adventurers through breathtaking drops and exhilarating turns, all while keeping them safe and smiling.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome riders with warmth and confidence

  • Perform safety checks and ensure every rider is secure

  • Operate ride controls with precision and focus

  • Build anticipation and excitement for each adventure

Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills are required.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

  • Point of Sale and cash handling experience preferred.

  • Must be customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

  • Flexible scheduling: Available to work afternoons and nights on Weekdays. Weekends and Holidays are required (except Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas)

  • At least 18 years or older.


Responsibilities

  • Operate rides and attractions safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed before, during, and after each ride cycle.

  • Monitor ride areas for cleanliness, hazards, or maintenance needs.

  • Assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, and lane set-up.

  • Operate POS systems for lane rentals, reservations, and other transactions.

  • Maintain cleanliness in bowling areas, including tables, counters, chairs, and floors.


Required Skills

  • Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for guest interaction.

  • Strong attention to safety and detail.

  • Professionalism and dependability.


Physical Requirements

  • Standing and walking for extended periods.

  • Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds.

  • Bending, stooping, and maintaining stamina throughout shifts.


Position Details

  • Part-Time, Entry-level position.

  • Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays (Except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Pay Rate: $10- $12 an hour, dependent upon prior experience
