Role Overview:
As a Systems Engineer L2, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
As a Systems Engineer L2, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support, and optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and event log monitoring
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and core IT services
- Support infrastructure design, deployment, and implementation
- Monitor security events and respond to incidents
- Oversee backups and validate disaster recovery plans
- Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Identify and resolve system performance issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Windows OS administration
- Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with VMware virtualization
- Exposure to system monitoring tools
- Basic knowledge of Citrix infrastructure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
