We have an immediate requirement for a Field Services Executive with strong MAC expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver White Glove (VIP) Mac-focused end-user support, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-style experience for executives and business-critical users
- Perform imaging, provisioning, and deployment of macOS and Windows devices, including Apple Silicon (M-series) systems
- Deeply troubleshoot macOS issues including recovery mode, system logs, FileVault encryption, OS corruption, performance issues, and hardware diagnostics
- Administer and support Jamf Pro including device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, patching, compliance, and troubleshooting enrollment issues
- Provide Level 2 onsite desktop support with ownership of incidents through resolution
- Support IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) with attention to user experience and minimal business disruption
- Perform hardware and software installations for Macs, Windows devices, and peripherals
- Act as Smart Hands for infrastructure and application teams during onsite activities
- Provide remote support for traveling, hybrid, and home-based users, ensuring seamless continuity of service
- Troubleshoot encryption technologies including FileVault (macOS) and BitLocker (Windows)
- Consistently resolve 5 tickets per day while maintaining quality, professionalism, and strong customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate asset management and inventory records in ServiceNow
- Support weekly and monthly inventory audits and compliance checks
- Assist with device refresh and lifecycle management programs, especially Mac refresh initiatives
- Handle secure unboxing, packing, shipping, and return of IT equipment
- Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions clearly in ServiceNow
- Perform data backup, migration, and restoration during device swaps or recovery scenarios
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of Desktop Support / Field Services experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on macOS expertise, including troubleshooting at OS and hardware levels
- Solid understanding of Mac hardware, Apple Silicon architecture, peripherals, and enterprise macOS management
- Jamf Pro experience (administration, troubleshooting, deployments) strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic enterprise Windows support
- Proven ability to deliver White Glove / VIP support with professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, especially in onsite executive environments
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and also collaborate within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment with high visibility and accountability
